Privacy
How this website handles your information. For guest data processed inside Xenios, see the Data Processing Agreement signed with each client.
[01]
Who we are
- This website is operated by oddtank, the creator of Xenios. Contact: hello@oddtank.com.
[02]
What we collect
- Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, property, destination, size, systems, message and whether you are applying for ESPA funding.
- The live demo uses fictional data. Nothing you enter in the demo leaves your browser.
[03]
Why
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
[04]
Where it is stored
- Form submissions are received through our hosting provider's form service and delivered to our email. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
[05]
No cookies, no trackers
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.
[06]
Your rights
- You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@oddtank.com. You can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
